For agencies
Partner dashboard
An agency that resells or recommends Blengi
manages its clients from one place: the partner dashboard
at /partner. Each client is a workspace of its own; the
agency's people open it without being invited to it.
Getting there
- Sign in. An agency person without a workspace of their own lands on the partner dashboard by itself.
- Inside a client, Partner dashboard is the first entry of the menu, and the workspace switcher lists the agency's clients under Clients of <agency>.
- The page is there for the people of an agency that is active or paused. For anyone else the address does not exist.
The client list
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Client | The workspace name and the website of its first AI employee. |
| Status | Demo, Live or Paused. |
| Conversations | Conversations in the last 30 days where the visitor wrote something. Test chats from the preview are left out, as on Results. |
| Leads | Leads visitors left in the last 30 days, without test leads from the preview. |
| Services | The agency's services for this client. Empty until the agency's service catalogue is set up. |
| Margin / month | The agency's resale price minus what it pays per client. Empty until the agency's prices are set up. Only the agency owner sees this column. |
Search finds a client by name or website; the status buttons show only demos, live clients or paused ones.
Opening a client
Open switches to the client's workspace and shows its Home. From there everything works as in any workspace, with the agency role:
- Agency owner — works like the client's admin: AI employees, knowledge, inbox, team, settings and integrations.
- Agency staff — works like an editor: AI employees, knowledge and the inbox.
- Plan and billing are never open to the agency inside a client: that is between Blengi and the agency.
Every opening is written to the client's audit log: who opened it, for which agency, and from which page. See Team & roles and Multi-tenancy.
