Feedback & bug reports

Every page of the dashboard has a Feedback button at the bottom of the menu. Use it to report a bug, suggest an improvement, share an idea or ask a question, without leaving the page you are on. Press F anywhere outside a text field to open it from the keyboard.

What you fill in

  • The kind: bug, improvement, idea or question.
  • For a bug, how much it gets in the way: blocking (you cannot go on), annoying (there is a way around it) or cosmetic (it only looks wrong).
  • Your text. Its first line becomes the title of the report.
  • A screenshot, if you like: pick a PNG, JPG or WebP file of up to 5 MB, or paste one from the clipboard into the form. It is stored privately and only the platform team can open it.

What is sent along by itself

You never have to say where you were. The report carries:

  • the address of the page you sent it from;
  • your workspace (taken from your session, not from the form);
  • the AI employee of that page, when you were on one of its pages or on a list filtered to it;
  • your browser;
  • the last error the page ran into, if there was one: its message and the file it came from, never the data around it;
  • the version of the app.

The form lists what goes along before you send it.

Following your reports

My reports (/app/feedback, also linked from the form) lists what you sent in this workspace, newest first, with the status of each and the replies from the team. A report moves through these statuses:

StatusMeaning
NewReceived, not looked at yet.
TriagedRead and understood.
PlannedOn the list to be built or fixed.
In progressBeing worked on.
ShippedDone and live.
DeclinedNot going to happen; the reply says why.

When the team changes the status of your report or replies to it, you get an email in your own language, and the Feedback button shows the number of updates you have not seen. Opening My reports clears it.

Each report belongs to the workspace it was sent from: someone with access to several workspaces sees each workspace's reports there, and colleagues do not see each other's reports.

For platform admins

Reports from every workspace land in Admin › Feedback (/admin/feedback). It opens on the open reports (everything not shipped or declined) and filters by status and kind. Each report shows the reporter, the workspace, the AI employee, the page, the browser, the last console error, the app version and the screenshot.

  • Save and notify stores a new status, an optional reply, or both, and sends the reporter one email about it. The reply is shown under My reports.
  • Create board card puts the report on this installation's board (/admin/board) as a Backlog card labelled feedback plus its kind, with the text, the context and a link back to the report. A second click does not add it twice: the report shows On the board as #N.

Staff who impersonate a customer do not see the Feedback button, and a report cannot be sent in a customer's name. A reply written while impersonating is recorded as the admin's.
