Notion

Blengi and Notion

Turn the documentation your team already keeps in Notion into answers visitors can get on your website, in their own language.

Your internal handbook, answering in public

You have probably written the answers already. They sit in Notion as a product handbook, an onboarding guide, a policy page or a running list of common questions. Visitors never see any of it. Blengi connects the Notion pages you choose and uses them as the knowledge behind an AI assistant on your site.

The assistant answers only from the content you have connected. When the answer is not in that content, it says so. It replies in the language the visitor writes in, so one set of Notion pages can serve people who do not read English.

What connecting Notion gives you

A short list of what changes once the pages are connected.

  • Only the pages you connect become knowledge. The rest of your Notion workspace stays out of the assistant's answers.
  • Connected sources are re-crawled automatically on a schedule, so the answers follow your content. When a change has to land sooner, re-index that source on demand.
  • Notion stays the place where the content is written and reviewed. Your team keeps working where it already works.
  • Notion can sit alongside your other sources: your website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, pasted text and SQL databases.
  • Questions the assistant could not answer surface as content gaps, so someone on your team can fix the underlying Notion page.
  • Pin a curated answer when a question has to be answered word for word.

Where those answers show up

On the pages you choose

One script tag installs the widget on any platform. There is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce, and it can also be added through Google Tag Manager. Per-page and per-path rules decide where each agent appears.

As a bubble, a panel or inline

The widget can float in the corner, open as a side panel, or sit inside the page as an inline block. Each page can offer its own starter questions.

With a person behind it

The assistant captures contact details, asks qualifying follow-up questions and can book a call through Calendly. A shared inbox lets someone take over a live conversation with the full history. A question about a specific order, or about what is available right now, belongs with a person.

Questions about Notion and Blengi

Does Blengi read my whole Notion workspace? No. Only the pages you connect are used. Anything you leave unconnected stays out of the assistant's knowledge and out of its answers.
What happens when I edit a Notion page?Connected sources are re-crawled automatically on a schedule, so the answers follow your content. Notion stays the place you edit. When a change has to land sooner, re-index that source on demand.
Where does the content live, and who can see it?Your Notion workspace stays yours. Blengi reads the pages you connect in order to answer questions. Blengi is hosted in the EU and GDPR-aligned, each customer workspace is isolated from every other, and your content is never used to train models for other customers.
