Lead generation

AI lead generation that qualifies while you sleep

Blengi puts an AI assistant on your website that answers from your own content, asks the qualifying follow-up questions, and hands the whole conversation to your team.

From a page view to a named lead

A visitor with a question does not always send it. Blengi gives them somewhere to ask, and answers from your own website, documents and product pages rather than from the open internet.

It answers from the material you have connected, and when it does not know something it says so rather than guessing. That honesty keeps a qualifying conversation credible long enough to ask for a name and an email address.

How a conversation becomes a qualified lead

Qualification is a sequence of small, specific questions.

It asks the next question

The assistant does not stop at one answer. It asks follow-up questions to work out what the visitor needs and which of your products or services fits.

It captures the details

When the conversation is ready for it, the assistant collects contact details in the chat itself. The visitor never leaves the page, and everything that was said stays with the lead.

It answers in their language

Replies follow the visitor's own language automatically, so someone from another market can ask in their own words.

It knows which page it is on

Starter questions are suggested per page, and per-page and per-path rules decide where each assistant appears. A conversation on a pricing page can open differently from one on a support page.

Where the lead ends up

A qualified conversation has to reach a person while the interest is still warm.

  • In the shared inbox, with the full conversation attached, so whoever picks it up can see what was asked and answered.
  • With a person, live. Anyone on your team can take over a running conversation and keep typing in the same window.
  • In a booked call. The assistant can book time through Calendly once the visitor wants to speak to someone.
  • Back into your content. Questions it could not answer surface as content gaps. You write the missing answer into the page, or pin a curated answer, and the assistant uses it once that source is re-crawled or re-indexed.

Common questions

What does the assistant use to answer questions?Only your own material: your website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases. A single URL can be crawled with its links followed. Sources are re-crawled automatically, so the answers follow your content, and a source can be re-indexed on demand when a change has to land now.
Can it answer questions about stock or a specific order? It repeats what your page says. It does not read live availability or order status unless you connect a SQL database as a source. Anything about one visitor's order is better handed to a person, with the conversation attached.
How is it installed? One script tag works on any platform. There is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce, and it can also be installed through Google Tag Manager. The widget can be a floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block in the page.
Where does our data live?Hosting is in the EU and the platform is GDPR-aligned. Your content is never used to train models for other customers, and each workspace is isolated from every other.
