Blengi is an AI assistant that answers from one business's own content, not the open internet, and runs on EU hosting.

What we build

Blengi is an AI assistant for your website. It reads the content you already have: your website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases. A single URL can be crawled with link following. It answers visitors from that material and nothing else.

When an answer is not in that content, the assistant says so, in the visitor's own language. That is deliberate. A confident wrong answer costs you more than an honest one, so the assistant stays inside what you have connected. It repeats what your pages say. Anything about a specific order, or about live availability, goes to a person.

Trained on your content

A workspace is built from one company's own sources. Your content is never used to train models for other customers, and every workspace is isolated from every other.

Hosted in the EU

Blengi runs on EU hosting and is aligned with the GDPR. That is the default setup, not an add-on.

Fixed monthly pricing

Pricing is a fixed monthly fee, with no per-seat charges. Adding colleagues to the shared inbox does not change the bill.

Installed with a script tag

A single script tag works on any platform. There is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce, and it can also be added through Google Tag Manager.

How it is run day to day

  • Sources are re-crawled automatically, so the answers follow your content. When something must land sooner, a source can be re-indexed on demand.
  • Questions the assistant could not answer surface as content gaps, so you can fix the underlying page once.
  • Answers that must be worded exactly can be pinned, and each page can suggest its own starter questions.
  • The assistant captures contact details, asks qualifying follow-up questions, and can book a call through Calendly.
  • A colleague can take over a live conversation from the shared inbox, with the full conversation already there.
  • Agencies run white-label workspaces under their own brand, with a separate knowledge base for each client.

Common questions

What does the assistant answer from?Only the sources you connect: your site, your documents, and any text you paste. When the answer is not in that material, it says so rather than filling the gap.
Where is our content held?On EU hosting, aligned with the GDPR. Each customer's content stays in its own workspace, and it is never used to train models for other customers.
Is anyone using it on a live shop?Yes. stappsokken.nl runs Blengi on their website.
Where can the widget appear?As a floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block placed in the page. Per-page and per-path rules decide where each agent shows up.
