Two ways to reach us

The assistant on this site is the product itself. It runs on Blengi's own published pages, so it can answer questions about knowledge sources, installation, the widget formats, lead capture and handoff. Ask in your own language and it replies in the same one.

It answers only from our own content, and it says when a question is not covered. Those pages are re-crawled automatically, so the answers follow what we publish, and a source can be re-indexed on demand when something has to land sooner. That is how it would behave on your site, so this page doubles as a trial run.

For anything a person should read, email the address in the footer. Use it for commercial questions, agency and white-label arrangements, data-handling reviews, or a walkthrough of your own site. A person reads it and replies.

You can also start in the assistant and finish with a person. Ask it to hand the conversation over and it passes the full conversation across, so you do not have to repeat yourself. On your own site that handoff lands in a shared inbox, where someone can take over the live chat.

What to include in a first message

The first details save a round trip. Add the others if they apply.

  • Your website address, so we can see the pages the assistant would answer from.
  • What you want the assistant to do: answer questions from your pages, capture contact details and ask qualifying follow-up questions, or hand conversations to a person.
  • Which platform your site runs on, for example WordPress, WooCommerce, or a custom build.
  • How the widget would be installed: a script tag on the page, the WordPress plugin, or a tag pushed through Google Tag Manager.
  • Whether you are an agency, and which client sites you would run under your own brand.

Before you write

Is the assistant on this page the real product?Yes. It is an ordinary Blengi workspace trained on this site's own content, with no separate treatment. What you see here is what a visitor to your site would get.
Can it tell me about plans and pricing?It answers from our published pages, so it can repeat what the pricing page says and point you to it. For agencies, workspaces are white-labelled under your own brand, with a separate knowledge base per client and fixed monthly pricing with no per-seat fees. For a written quote, email the team.
What happens when it does not know the answer?It says that the question is not covered by our content. Questions it could not answer are recorded as content gaps, and someone here then writes or corrects the page behind them. Your own workspace works the same way: the gap list is a to-do list for a person.
Where does what I type go?Content is hosted in the EU and handled in line with GDPR. Customer content is never used to train models for other customers, and every workspace is isolated from every other.
I would rather book a call.Email the address in the footer and say so. Booking a call through Calendly is also something your own agent can do inside the chat.
